The principal of Flores-Fernandez Engineering Inc.’s unique blend of real world experience as master electrician, professional registered electrical engineer, building official of a mid-size Texas city, OSHA instructor, design experience of commercial, Industrial and distribution systems, electrician training and electrical accident and electrocutions have provided him with intimate knowledge of how electrical systems work, how accidents can occur and how to prevent them.

We provide complete in-house service on all our design projects including construction documents and CAD service while working with trusted and experienced firms offering specialized and general engineering and consulting services such as surveying, structural, construction testing and inspection, mechanical system design and design-build as needed.
